How to use: Our software has been designed to use quickly and easily.

You don't need to design a database or create a label format, all this is done for you.

All you have to do is enter your customers name and address and click to the next screen. On the next screen you can enter additional information such as WEIGHT, TYPE OF PACKAGE, NUMBER OF ITEMS, CONSIGNMENT NUMBER etc.

Once you have entered this information, you can go back and enter details for the next customers labels or simply print your labels. THAT'S IT.

The customers name and address are stored in a database so you don't have to re-type them next time, also the details of the parcel that you are sending are sent to a database so you can retrieve the details at a later date. A manifest can be printed so you can see what parcels and consignments have been sent that day.

You can select to have a different coloured border on your label, this is useful when sending certain items. For example if you are sending a 'Blue item' you can use a blue background, this is very useful for mailorder or factory use. You can also indicate the colour by the speed of parcel delivery. For example use a Red border for 1st class and a Blue border for second class. You can choose any of the 16 million colours offered by the Windows system.
